The roads around here were in great shape so I figured I'd give Cheaha a shot. The roads up the mountain were in really good shape until I got to about a mile and a half from the top of the mountain and even then they were just a little slushy and weren't a problem. Just half a mile in, a wooden walkway provides great views of Devil's Den Falls, one of two cataracts along the trail. Two miles beyond the creek, the trail climbs 1,000 feet and connects with the Pinhoti Trail.
